Webinar: Oesophageal Sweep for Speech pathologists
Sunday 20 October 2024, 9:00 am - 12:00 pm
Back by popular demand, this workshop will provide speech pathologists with a basic understanding of normal oesophageal anatomy and physiology, common oesophageal conditions and how they are evaluated.
It aims to teach speech pathologists how to conduct an oesophageal sweep during Videofluoroscopic Swallowing Studies (VFSS) to identify patients at risk of oesophageal dysphagia and when to refer on for further specialist evaluation.

Webinar: What is the role of Pepsin? From mouth to oesophagus
Sunday 24 March 2024, 9:00 am - 10:30 am
Pepsin, a key digestive enzyme, is created in the stomach but is known to be a key contributor to oesophageal and laryngopharyngeal inflammation when reflux occurs.
